Well, I'm back up to 140.0 pounds. Sad.
I have noticed a direct correlation between calories logged on CCW and pounds lost or gained. The more {accurately} logged calories, the more weight I lose. The fewer {or inaccurately} logged calories, the less weight I lose or the more weight I gain.
So, to meet my goal weight, I've got to recommit to logging my calories--accurately--every day.
One step forward, two steps back.
